Each section of your Safety Plan will help you find out and remember the coping strategies that work well for you when you are not OK.
It can be helpful to go through this with a professional or a person that you trust.
When you've finished your Safety Plan you can save your own copy to keep on your device, and share it with a person you trust such as your Counsellor, your GP or a supportive adult.
